Sean T. Furman

Sean T. Furman

President

Sean Furman founded STF Consulting in 2000 and is the company’s President and CEO. Sean is recognized as a true innovator in the Managed Services community landing himself on the CRN 40 Most Innovative MSPs list in 2010.

Sean began his career in 1997 through small business consulting while attending Monmouth University. Sean began to quickly take on larger mid-sized clients growing STF Consulting into a full blown Managed Services Provider. His vision and passion is apparent in his work and is reflected in the company's corporate culture. Under Sean’s direction, STF Consulting continues to evolve with new offerings based on fully managed private cloud solutions. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his family and saltwater fishing.


Dan Spengeman

Dan Spengeman

Service Desk Manager

Dan Spengeman, Service Desk Manager, joined the STF staff in 2008.

Mr. Spengeman graduated from Monmouth University in West Long Branch, NJ with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and a minor in Information Technology.

An accomplished computer troubleshooter and applications tutor since his high school years, Mr. Spengeman previously headed up the technical service team of a major electronics retailer. He is currently pursuing his MSCE certification.


Patrick Czerwiec

Patrick Czerwiec

Senior Project Engineer

Patrick joined STF Consulting in 2020 bringing over 15 years’ experience as a Network Engineer.

In his previous roles, Patrick was responsible for building and maintaining Shared Application and Hosted Exchange Environments, managing a variety of IT projects and providing technical leadership. Patrick’s project experience encompasses multiple Exchange / 0365 migrations, SharePoint migrations and new sever installations. Patrick has broad knowledge of hardware and software installation, configuration, management, security and support ranging from workstations to servers to network equipment.

In his spare time, you can find Patrick outdoors enjoying a round of golf, hiking or grilling.


Ryan Parks

Ryan Parks

Systems Engineer

Before joining STF Consulting in 2018, Ryan provided internal support for a Fortune 500 telephony company and for an MSP focused on financial institutions. He also worked in on-site support, customer interfacing, and system administration, and is a Microsoft-certified IT Professional Enterprise Desktop Support Technician on Windows 7. When he’s not serving clients at work, he enjoys spending time with his family and tinkering with technology.


William Rickert

William Rickert

Service Desk Engineer

William has spent more than 10 years solving IT problems for health, defense, education, manufacturing, and software companies of all sizes. As the newest addition to our Service Desk team in 2019, Mr. Rickert is well suited to tackle a variety of technical issues and provide best in class customer service to our clients.

William is a Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Specialist (MCDST), Microsoft Certified System Administrator (MCSA), and holds CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+ and Server+ Certifications.

In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, brushing up on emerging technologies, and occasionally finding time to play video games.

Office Manager

Betsy joined STF Consulting in May 2007 as an Office Manager. She has over twenty years experience in office management. With a diverse background and excellent organizational skills, Betsy is a great asset to our team. When Betsy is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons, camping and playing sports.
