Director of Client Relations

Dan Spengeman is the Director of Client Relations at STF Consulting, where he leads the client experience across service delivery, communication and ongoing account management.

With 18 years at STF Consulting, Dan plays a central role in ensuring clients receive consistent, responsive and high-quality support. He oversees the help desk, manages service workflows and aligns internal resources to resolve issues quickly and effectively. As a primary point of contact for clients, Dan meets regularly with leadership teams to review performance, address concerns and ensure IT systems continue to support business goals.

Dan conducts quarterly business reviews that deliver clear insight into system performance, security and compliance. His ability to translate technical information into practical business impact helps clients make informed decisions with confidence.

Beyond day-to-day support, Dan leads the development of client documentation and has built core processes including onboarding and offboarding, ensuring every client engagement is structured, consistent and scalable.

Dan also supports clients operating under SOC 2 compliance requirements. He provides detailed documentation of STF’s security practices and serves as a direct point of contact during audits, interfacing with client stakeholders and audit teams to ensure alignment and a smooth review process.

He contributes to both service and project initiatives while maintaining a strong focus on user experience and long-term stability. Dan also drives STF’s educational content efforts, writing blog posts that help business leaders better understand IT risks, security and best practices.

His technical background includes a Microsoft Certified Professional designation along with expertise in Windows systems, Microsoft 365, computer security, wireless networking and multimedia systems. Known for his reliability and attention to detail, Dan ensures every client interaction reflects STF Consulting’s commitment to stability, accountability and long-term partnership.
