Senior Project Engineer

Patrick is a Senior Project Engineer at STF Consulting, where he leads all project engineering initiatives and is responsible for delivering high impact infrastructure solutions that drive stability, security, and operational continuity.

Since joining STF Consulting in 2020, Patrick has built a track record of executing complex IT projects with precision and consistency. He is known for delivering outcomes that matter to leadership teams, including eliminating downtime, reducing risk, and improving system performance across critical environments.

He has successfully overseen full office relocations with zero hours of downtime, ensuring uninterrupted business operations during major infrastructure transitions. Patrick has also led the design and deployment of Azure based environments, including Windows and Linux virtual machines, secure site to site VPN connectivity, and Microsoft Intune implementations for Office 365 to strengthen device management and security at scale.

Patrick played a key role in developing secure OpenVPN solutions, improving remote access reliability and security for distributed teams. His certifications in Veeam, Unifi/Ubiquiti, WatchGuard, and OpenVPN reinforce his ability to architect and deliver solutions that are both resilient and scalable.

In 2025 alone, Patrick led more than 30 client and internal infrastructure projects, spanning cloud migrations, CMS application migrations, QuickBooks migrations, data center overhauls, dental system upgrades including Sidexis, and enterprise wide Windows 11 deployments. His ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously while maintaining consistent delivery standards sets him apart as a technical leader.

Before joining STF Consulting, Patrick spent over a decade at Common Sense Solutions, where he advanced into senior leadership roles including Senior IT Project Manager. There, he developed a strong foundation in project execution, client management, and infrastructure design across a wide range of business environments.

Patrick’s work directly impacts client outcomes by ensuring IT systems are not only implemented correctly, but built to support long term growth, security, and reliability.
