Ryan Parks is a Senior Systems Engineer at STF Consulting, where he designs, supports, and maintains stable, secure, and scalable IT environments for clients across industries including manufacturing, logistics, healthcare, and professional services. With more than 15 years of hands-on IT experience, Ryan specializes in systems engineering, infrastructure support, endpoint management, and technical troubleshooting for both on-premises and cloud-based environments.
Since joining STF Consulting in 2018, Ryan has played a key role in improving client system reliability, streamlining support operations, and resolving complex infrastructure and end-user issues. His experience spans Windows and macOS environments, Microsoft 365 administration, server management, networking, cybersecurity best practices, and remote support operations. Ryan is also recognized internally as STF Consulting’s resident macOS and Apple device expert.
Ryan’s technical background includes extensive experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Intune, Group Policy, PowerShell automation, endpoint management, VPN connectivity, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and firewall troubleshooting. He regularly works with RMM and PSA platforms to support multi-client environments and maintain operational continuity.
Before joining STF Consulting, Ryan served as a Systems Engineer at OS33 and held technical support and infrastructure roles at NACR and Empire Technologies, where he supported internal teams in fast-paced service environments and developed a strong troubleshooting and customer support foundation.
Outside of his professional IT career, Ryan serves as an Assistant Scoutmaster with Scouting America, where he helps mentor youth, coordinate activities, and support leadership development programs. His involvement reflects the same qualities he brings to his technical work — patience, problem solving, teamwork, preparedness, and leadership under pressure.
