With more than 15 years of experience in IT support and systems administration, William brings a strong technical foundation combined with a highly patient, user focused approach. At STF Consulting, he is known not just for resolving issues quickly, but for taking the time to educate users so they feel confident and supported long after the ticket is closed.
William leads white glove onboarding and training sessions for new users, ensuring smooth transitions and a clear understanding of systems, tools, and security best practices. He is also involved in vulnerability testing and risk identification, helping strengthen client environments through proactive assessment and attention to detail.
He consistently responds to support requests in a timely manner while maintaining clear, ongoing communication with users. His ability to keep clients informed and at ease throughout the support process is a key part of STF’s commitment to service excellence.
Prior to joining STF Consulting, William held roles at Commvault and OS33, where he supported complex client environments, managed ticket workflows, and served as a key point of contact for troubleshooting and issue resolution. Earlier in his career, he worked in healthcare and enterprise environments, supporting thousands of users and contributing to system performance, documentation, and process improvements.
William holds multiple industry certifications, including CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, and Server+, as well as Microsoft certifications such as MCSA and MCDST. His technical expertise spans Windows systems, Active Directory, virtualization environments, and a wide range of enterprise applications.
